My integrative counseling approach blends person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I work with individuals and families, focusing on trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, ADHD, and marriage counseling, to help people overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being.

When counseling, I use an integrative approach, but my primary technique is Person centered, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
I have over 7 years experience working with kids and adults and specialize in Mental Health Counseling .
